Database Browsing

EForm stores the responses in a Microsoft Access database. This means that you can easily import or export information with almost any other application.  EForm also contains a powerful database import utility that allows you to fill your forms with information you can mail merge or use as default values in your form.

The database browsing tool allows you to view, sort and filter your responses in an easy-to-use manner. The top pane is a standard database browser. The bottom left pane displays the values for the current record and the bottom right pane displays the message that was received. The participant responses are highlighted and let you match results with data.

• Raw message view shows raw email forms before they were processed
• Delete records by selecting row(s) and pressing the delete key.
• Exporting data is as easy as selecting rows and copy/paste.
