Our revolutionary video system allows you to watch full motion screen captures and hear demos of EForm, even with slow connections. You must be running Windows and have current version of Real Player G2, it is free!  If you select a topic and see an open file dialog box then you don't have the current version - the video should start playing within 15 seconds of selecting a topic.  If you click on a topic and you see a download dialog - then you don't have the free Real Player G2 installed.

Remember - it may take 15 seconds for the video to start playing!  If you have problems take a look at Trouble Shooting Videos at the bottom of this page.

Troubleshooting Streaming Video:
When I open a video the player asks to download a plug in from real networks - Say yes, this plug in is required to display our videos.

When I open a video it asks me if I want to download and save the file – If this occurs then you don’t have the correct version of Real Player G2 installed.

Real Player is unable to connect, or mentions something about a Firewall – If your organization has a firewall it may prevent you from viewing videos. To work around this open the Real Player, Select Preferences from the Options Menu. Then select the Transport tab, select Automatically select best transport and then Auto Configure. This will configure your player to safely connect to our server.
