EForm can send a form to any email address in the world. In order to do
this you must focus on the lowest common denominator - character based forms. EForm
has a built in text editor that allows you to design the text version of your form.
Enter your form into the text editor and indicate the location of questions and
responses. These are the green and blue rectangles below. Free form design means you
can make the form appear any way you like.
Change question types and response delimiters just as you would change a font in
a word processor.

If your participants have access to the web they can complete the
attached web form. You can edit and enhance the default attached web form with any
web editor. Just open the default form with your web editor and save it with the
same name as your form but change the extension to htm. No web server or CGI script
is required because responses are processed by our web server and emailed directly to you.
